A. Opening Assignment: Quiz over Hyphens and Apostrophes
B. Read "Eleven" by Sandra Cisneros. (1st, 4th, and 5th periods need to begin here after the quiz.)
C. Create six questions about "Eleven." You must have one type of each question.
D. Socratic Seminar for "Eleven." (7th period begins here after the quiz.)
E. Assign Personal Response Paper.
F. Closing: Discuss quiz over reading strategies.
